It's an opportunity to take an honest look at your life and identify which areas are already managed in a healthy, fulfilling, and inspired way, and which areas need more of your attention, care and commitment.

In this phase, we will hone in on the areas that need your attention and further consideration. Together, we'll map out tangible steps for you to take to move forward to integrate and implement tailored new routines and rituals that support nurturing a better relationship with yourself.

This phase focuses on your intentions, aspirations and how to bring your dreams into fruition. You will leave with a clear understanding of the changes you want to make, the improvements you want to integrate and how to harness holistic wellbeing to support, nourish and elevate every area of your life.
