Frequently Asked Questions

Is there a deadline to book my calls in any of the care plans?

Yes for each Care Plan you have a timeframe in which you can use your 1-2-1 coaching sessions. From the date of your first coaching session, you have the following period of time:

Care Plan 01: 2 months
Care Plan 02 & 03: 3 months
Care plan 04: 4 months

This will be specified in your contract.

Each plan is underpinned by evidence-based practices & principles to ensure that the best possible care is provided. Our collaborations support you to gain further insight & education from experts to provide accredited trustworthy guidance and knowledge to help you learn, grown and achieve your full potential.

Will all my calls be with you? 

Yes, all of your 1-2-1 coaching calls with be with me, Christina.

If you have nutritional coaching as part of your Care Package you will also have calls with Kirsty or Lindsay from Studio Nourish

Are my calls with you at the same time every week?

No, you have a lot of flexibility so that we can find the best time for you. On the booking system you can select a time & date that suits you. This must be utilized within the timeframe of your contractual agreement, which will be clearly stated on your contract.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes I do. The payment plan options are:

o Pay in full
o Pay in three instalments
o Pay in multiple instalments, (based on the number of sessions in your package), due upon scheduling each individual coaching session

Are coaching sessions in-person or virtual?

All 1-2-1 coaching sessions are virtual & will take place on Zoom. You will be sent a personal zoom link each time you book in a coaching session on the client portal.

What's the client portal?

The client portal is the platform where you will book in all of your coaching calls. It also hosts all of your documents (your contract, notes, shared resources etc) and where you can access The Collective Workbooks. You will be sent log in details to your personal client portal as soon as your contract is signed.

How can I get started? What do I need to do to sign up?

The first step is to book in a complimentary Connection Call to see if coaching together feels like the right way forward for you.

On that call we will discuss what support you are looking for & which Care Plan would suit you best & meet your needs.

Following our call, you will be sent a personalized proposal for your consideration.

If you choose to commit to coaching together, you will be sent a contract, payment plan details and a link to your client portal where you will be able to schedule your coaching calls.
